How to use Plus

Instructions:

1. Pour the contents into 2 dl of room temperature water.
2. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved.
3. Add 8 dl of cold water and stir. The drink will keep cool for one day.

Before exercise: Drink 1–2 dl of HartSport Energy sports drink about 20–30 minutes before exercise and just before performance to replenish the body's energy stores.

During exercise: Drink 1–2 dl of HartSport Energy sports drink every 15–20 minutes.
