Delivery Terms

From us, you receive fast and reliable deliveries. You can choose between parcel collection points and home delivery. We deliver orders to all EU countries. Deliveries are handled by Postnord.

 

Availability and Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. (Note! Public holidays such as Christmas or Easter may affect delivery times). In some cases, the ordered product may be out of stock from our inventory, which could be due to an error in our stock balance. If a product is out of stock, we will notify the recipient via email. The missing product will be credited or delivered later. The online store is not responsible for delays in deliveries that are independent of the online store. If the delivery is delayed by more than 7 business days from the time of payment, please contact our customer service. The online store reserves the right to change the method of delivery.

 

Delivery Methods

Pickup from Mypack point: Your order will be delivered to a Mypack point. You will receive a notification by text message when the shipment has arrived.


Home delivery: The order can also be delivered directly to the delivery address provided by the customer (home delivery). Home delivery is only available to addresses with a fixed road connection. In the case of home delivery, the recipient's phone number must be provided in the order details, to which Postnord will contact to arrange a time. Home delivery operates on weekdays, with evening delivery up to 9 PM in major cities.

Unclaimed Order - Reshipment of Order

For an unclaimed order, we automatically charge €11.80 for delivery and handling fees at the time of refund. In case of any problems, please contact our customer service immediately. Please note that an unclaimed order is not considered a return under consumer protection law.

You can request a reshipment for your package by purchasing the product "unclaimed package - order reshipment" and paying the costs for the package return €5.90 + new delivery charges for the shipment.

 

International Delivery

The order is delivered by Postnord or Posti, depending on the postal practices of the destination country. The shipment is delivered to the home or the nearest post office.

Delivery time is usually 2-7 business days from when the package is sent.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver shipments to Norway, Switzerland, the Åland Islands, the Canary Islands, and other areas outside the EU VAT area. You can check the EU countries here.

 

Delivery Charges

Prices valid from May 1, 2023

The delivery charges for the product are paid at the time of order payment. Delivery charges may change depending on promotions.

The normal delivery charges are as follows:

Postnord Mypack: €5.90/package

Home delivery: €9.90/package

Orders over €60 are delivered without a delivery charge to Finland. Free delivery means delivery to a Mypack point.

Delivery charges to EU countries are €17.95 regardless of the order amount.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver shipments to Norway, Switzerland, the Åland Islands, the Canary Islands, and other areas outside the EU VAT area.

 

Ordering

All prices displayed in the online store include VAT. The delivery charge is indicated on the shopping cart page. The total amount payable for the order is determined by the prices at the time of ordering. The online store reserves the right to price changes. The online store does not guarantee that the products displayed on the site are available. If a product runs out before the customer has paid for the order, the product is removed from the customer's shopping cart. Products purchased from the online store may not be resold.

A successful order is concluded with an order confirmation, which is automatically sent to the email address provided by the customer. A separate warranty receipt is not provided. Order details can also be checked later from the order confirmation. Once the order is paid for, it is processed, and the order cannot be changed.

The online store reserves the right to refuse an order without stating a reason. The online store also reserves the right to cancel the order in the case of clear price errors. A clear price error refers to a possible pricing mistake in the online store such that the price of the product is significantly different from the actual price of the product, to the extent that the customer is presumed to understand the incorrectness.

By purchasing from the online store, the customer agrees that the online store may send mail, email, or text messages related to the order and delivery.
