Delivery terms
We offer fast and reliable deliveries. You can choose between parcel pickup points and home delivery. We deliver orders to all EU countries. Deliveries are handled by Postnord.
Availability and delivery time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. (Note! Public holidays such as Christmas or Easter may affect delivery times). In some cases, the ordered product may be out of stock, which may be due to an error in the stock balance. If the product is out of stock, we will notify the recipient by email. The missing product will be refunded or delivered later. The online store is not responsible for delivery delays that are not dependent on the online store. If the delivery is delayed by more than 7 business days from the time of payment, please contact our customer service. The online store reserves the right to change the delivery method.
Delivery methods
Pick-up from a Mypack point: Your order will be delivered to a Mypack point. You will receive a notification via text message when the shipment has arrived.
Home delivery: The order can also be delivered directly to the delivery address provided by the customer (home delivery). Home delivery is only available to addresses with a fixed road connection. When delivering to a home, the recipient's phone number must be mentioned in the order information, which Postnord will contact to arrange a time. Home delivery operates on weekdays, evening delivery in major cities until 9 pm.

Unclaimed order – resending the order
For an unclaimed order, we will automatically charge €11.80 in shipping and handling costs upon return. In case of problems, please contact our customer service immediately. Please note that an unclaimed order is not considered a return under the Consumer Protection Act.
You can request a reshipment of your package by purchasing the product "untraceable package - order reshipment" and paying the package return costs of €5.90 + the new shipping costs for the shipment.
International delivery
The order will be delivered by either Postnord or Posti, depending on the postal practices of the destination country. The shipment will be delivered to your home or the nearest post office.
Delivery time is usually 2-7 business days from the time the package is shipped.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Norway, Switzerland, Åland, the Canary Islands and other areas outside the EU VAT area. You can check the EU countries here.
Shipping costs
Prices valid from 1 May 2023
Product delivery costs are paid together with the order payment. Delivery costs may change depending on promotions.
Normal shipping costs are as follows:
Postnord Mypack: €5.90/package
Home delivery: €9.90/package
Orders over €60 are delivered to Finland free of charge. Free delivery means delivery to a Mypack point.
Shipping costs to EU countries are €17.95 regardless of the order amount.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Norway, Switzerland, Åland, the Canary Islands and other areas outside the EU VAT area.
Order
All prices shown in the online store include VAT. Shipping costs are indicated on the shopping cart page. The total amount payable for the order is determined by the prices at the time of order. The online store reserves the right to change prices. The online store does not guarantee that the products shown on the page are available. If the product runs out before the customer has paid for the order, the product will be removed from the customer's shopping cart. Products purchased from the online store may not be resold.
A successful order is concluded with an order confirmation, which is automatically sent to the email address provided by the customer. A separate warranty receipt is not provided. Order information can also be checked later in the order confirmation. Once the order has been paid for, it is processed and the order cannot be changed.
The online store reserves the right to reject the order without stating the reason. The online store also reserves the right to cancel the order if the price error is obvious. An obvious price error refers to a possible pricing error by the online store, where the price of the product deviates significantly from the actual price of the product to such an extent that the customer is assumed to understand the error.
By purchasing from the online store, the customer agrees that the online store may send mail, email or text messages related to the order and delivery.
