Refund policy


In online sales, the consumer has a 14-day free right to cancel, which also applies to products without defects. However, the right to cancel does not apply to opened cosmetic product packages (Consumer Protection Act: Chapter 6, Section 16). Online store customers have a 14-day cancellation right for unopened, untried products. The 14-day cancellation period starts from the receipt of the product. When returning products, shipping and handling fees are not reimbursed to the customer. If the total amount of the order after the return is below the free shipping threshold, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from the refund.

The customer must immediately upon receipt of the order or at the latest within 7 days after receiving the order check the condition of the order and the products ordered. Also, return any defective or incorrect product in accordance with the return instructions.

Products Damaged During Transport

If you notice that a product has been damaged during transport after you have received the order – contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Refunds for customer returns are primarily made using the payment method with which the order was originally paid.

The refund will be made within 14 days from the time we have recorded the customer return as received.

We will notify you via email and/or text message about the customer returns we receive. If you have not received an acknowledgment within 14 days of sending the return, please contact our customer service.
