What if the item I ordered is sold out?

If an item you've ordered is sold out, we'll notify you via
email and offer either a substitute or a refund.

When are sold-outs back in stock?

Restocking times vary, but we aim to replenish sold-out
items within 2-6 weeks. Please check the product page for updates.

Order and payments
How can I pay for my order?

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit
cards, PayPal, bank tranfers and other payment methods offered by Paytrail.

Will I receive order confirmation?

Yes, an order confirmation will be sent to your email
immediately after your purchase is complete.

How do I know you've received my order?

You'll receive an email confirmation with your order
details. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

Return and refunds
